Chuck Biosah

Chuck Biosah received his MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California, in June 1995. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the same University in May 1986. He received his Doctorate Degree in Accounting from Argosy University and is currently taking classes at Harvard University towards obtaining a second Masters Degree in finance. He is an associate member of the Certified Fraud Examiners Association and ISACA.

Mr. Biosah is the President of CEB ABL Audit Group. Prior to assuming the role of the President and owner of this audit consulting firm, he had over fifteen years of cumulative experience as an Auditor at Tokai Bank, Security Pacific Business Credit, and Security Pacific National Bank before it was absorbed into Bank of America with the Bank’s acquisition in 1992.

After the Bank’s acquisition, he became a Loan Analysis Specialist at Bank of America. Mr. Biosah combined his in-depth knowledge of asset-based lending audits to create CEB ABL Audit Group in September 1994. CEB ABL Audit Group has become a dynamic and fast growing audit consulting firm.
Mr. Biosah has held various positions with increasing responsibilities. He has performed several multiple location audits and has been the lead Auditor in several large commercial loan audits in excess of $100 Million Dollars; most of which are syndicated loans for lending financial institutions.

Being an associate member of the Certified Fraud Examiners Association has prepared Mr. Biosah to handle several fraud cases. He continues to enroll in continuing education courses to improve on his skills and be aware of current changes in the industry. He mandates members of his staff to do likewise.
Mr. Biosah selects and supervises the performance of all audit staff by reviewing their activities and reports for appropriateness and quality. He is well known by his peers in the industry for his attention to detail and the superior analytical skills he reflects in his audit assignments.
